At Dr. Ralph Ellenberger, we care about your family’s health. Chiropractic health care can benefit all members of your family. Our family plan can make your care more affordable. The family plan is that you pay for both parents at the usual fees and all of your children are free when brought in to the office on the same day. Otherwise, children’s fee is $1.00 per year of age through high school. If only one parent or no parent but only children need an adjustment on a particular day, we add up the ages of all those children: the maximum charge would be twice the usual office visit.
For the initial office visit/adjustment, children may have an initial evaluation fee depending on the complexity of their problem.
We do not submit anything to any insurance under this plan. Fees are payable at time of service by cash, check, or credit card.
